• Entry is open to New Zealand residents 18 years and older.
• The Promotion starts at 12:01AM on 13/08/2026 NZST and closes at 11:59PM on 16/08/2026 NZST.
• To enter, check out your purchase in a single transaction using Afterpay at a Promotion Partner in-store or online, where you will be automatically entered into the draw. Minimum spend NZD$100.
• See below for full details.
• Entrants may enter more than once, and each entrant may win more than one prize.
• The prize draw will occur at 1:00PM on 21/08/2026 NZST, and a total of 50 winners will be notified by email.
• Each winner will receive NZD$200. Total prize pool value of NZD$10,000.
• Your Personal Information may be used by the Promoter and disclosed to third parties for various purposes (see clauses 22 - 24 for full details).
• Afterpay may disqualify entries and entrants for a number of reasons, including if you breach these terms (see clause 10 for full details).
• Afterpay accepts no responsibility for: (i) late, lost or misdirected entries, (ii) prizes lost, misplaced or otherwise not delivered to a winner, (iii) errors (technical or human), technical failures or malfunctions except where caused by Afterpay’s fraud, negligence or wilful misconduct, and (iv) any injury, sickness, death, or property loss or damage of any kind except where caused by Afterpay’s fraud, negligence, or wilful misconduct.
• If the Promotion cannot be run as planned for any reason beyond the reasonable control of Afterpay, Afterpay may, subject to licensing authority approval, alter, cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.

Eligibility

1. Subject to the ineligibility criteria in clause 4, entry is open to New Zealand residents 18 years and older (Eligible Entrants).
2. Employees and other staff (and their immediate family members) of the Promoter or the Promotion Partners are ineligible to enter.
3. Entrants are subject to all applicable laws, and entries will be deemed void where prohibited by law.
4. By entering this Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. In case of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any other published material, these terms and conditions prevail.

Entry

1. The Promotion commences at 12:01AM on 13/08/2026 NZST and closes at 11:59PM on 16/08/2026 NZST (Promotion Period).
2. To be automatically entered into the draw, check out your purchase in a single transaction using Afterpay at a Promotion Partner in-store or online during the Promotion Period. Minimum spend NZD$100.
3. Eligible Entrants may enter more than once. An Eligible Entrant may be awarded more than one prize. All entries become the property of the Promoter for use by the Promoter without attribution or compensation.
4. Entries that the Promoter suspects to be fraudulent, incomplete, incorrect or misleading, or may damage the Promoter’s reputation may be disqualified. Entrants who breach these terms and conditions may be disqualified. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
5. It is the entrant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter should their contact details change during the Promotion Period.
6. There is no fee to enter this Promotion.

Prizes and winning

1. The random prize draw will take place at 1:00PM on 21/08/2026 NZST at the Promoter’s office at Level 11, 41 Shortland Street Auckland, New Zealand.
2. There will be a total of 50 winners, who will be notified by email within 2 business days of the draw date on 21/08/2026. 
3. Each winner will receive a prize of NZD$200 in the form of a cart refund applied to the winner's Afterpay account (Prize). The total prize pool value is NZD$10,000. 
4. The Prize will be applied as follows:
5. where a winner has an outstanding Afterpay balance greater than NZD$200, the Prize will be automatically applied to reduce the winner's outstanding Afterpay balance by NZD$200;
6. where a winner has an outstanding Afterpay balance of less than NZD$200, the Prize will be applied to pay off the remaining outstanding Afterpay balance in full, and any residual funds from the Prize will be remitted to the card linked to the winner's Afterpay account; or
7. where a winner has no outstanding Afterpay balance, the Prize will be remitted in full to the card linked to the winner's Afterpay account.
8. Prizes are subject to any terms and conditions (which may be notified to the winner upon confirmation of the award of the prize).
9. If any prizes remain unclaimed after reasonable attempts to contact a winner, this will be published 30 days after the initial prize draw on 21/08/2026. A subsequent unclaimed prize draw will be conducted at 1:00PM on 21/09/2026 NZST at the same location and in the same manner as the initial prize draw stated in clause 13. Any redraw winner will be notified by email within 2 business days of the unclaimed prize draw on 21/09/2026.
10. The Promoter may request reasonable identification from the winner to confirm their identity and eligibility to enter. Any failure to do so may result in disqualification.
11. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for prizes lost, misplaced or otherwise not delivered to the winner. If any prize or part of a prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside of the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
12. The Promoter’s decision on any aspect of this Promotion is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

Marketing and privacy

1. Personal Information, for the purposes of the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ), means information or an opinion about an identified individual, or an individual who is reasonably identifiable, whether the information or opinion is true or not and whether the information or opinion is recorded in a material form or not. 
2. Entrants consent to their entry and Personal Information being used by the Promoter for marketing purposes. The Promoter may use, reproduce or modify the entry in any way without any further reference, payment or compensation to the entrant. 
3. Personal information collected will be used in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy (https://www.afterpay.com/en-NZ/privacy-policy). The Promoter may disclose Personal Information to other organisations (including third parties) for the purposes of conducting the Promotion, promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling. Entrants may access or change their personal information by contacting the Promoter by email at [email protected].

Other terms

1. These terms and conditions do not limit, modify or exclude consumer guarantees as provided in the Fair Trading Act 1986 (NZ) or the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ). The Promoter may amend any of these terms and conditions if required to comply with applicable laws.
2. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for errors (technical or human), technical failures or malfunctions except where caused by the Promoter’s fraud, negligence or wilful misconduct.
3. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any injury, sickness, death, or property loss or damage of any kind except where caused by the Promoter’s fraud, negligence, or wilful misconduct.
4. If the Promotion cannot be run as planned for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter may, subject to licensing authority approval, alter, cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. The Promoter will use reasonable efforts to notify you should this occur by publishing a notice on its website.
