Help give customers the information they need to complete their purchase by including details about Afterpay on your website’s FAQ page. Consider including questions such as: What payment options do you offer? How does Afterpay work?
Remember that some customers may need more information to help them understand Afterpay and how buy-now-pay-later works.
Skincare brand Topicals includes Afterpay in a FAQ page under customer care on the footer of its home page. The FAQ includes the question: What form of payment do you accept? And lists Afterpay as the buy-now, pay-later option.
“I think Afterpay is super important for brands aimed at Gen Z and Millennials. At this point, if you don’t have Buy Now Pay Later, it’s [comparable to] not having credit card processing, back in the day,” says Topicals founder Olamide Olowe.
How to add a FAQ section: Navigate to the footer section of your website and add an additional page for frequently asked questions. Don’t forget to include information on how Afterpay works for customers.
